Do you know who is answering your business phones and what they are saying?  

I called two businesses today, to speak about new business.  I am tendering a major contract on behalf of a client.

The first one told me they could not give me a name of a person in sales due to "data protection".  
The second one told me "they were busy today and I might like to call back next week"  

There are two leads they will never get back!

Does everything have to be via a webpage to a generic address to get a call back or to speak to a person.
